1. Left occpital haematoma
2. Intra-cranial air left occipital lobe (suggestive of skull #)
3. Right temporal subdural (suggestive of contra-coup injury)
4. Blood tracking the tentorium cerebelli right
5. Blood tracking the falx between anterior lobes
6. Obscuration of right ventricle compared to left (suggesting mass effect)
7. Effacement of sulci right side
